The Village of Tubac

  Tubac

It hides in the sand about 20 miles/32km north of Nogales off Hwy 19. It was established in 1752 and now is where art & history come together. It is the home to over 100 little shops, restaurants, lodging, dinning, coffee/snacks, market, and even a gas station. You really can’t see it from the highway, but is well worth spending the day looking around.

It’s quite this time of the year because it’s off season. But starting in October things start popping all the way through April. Here are a few photos of the local artwork that’s for sale. It was a very nice way to spend the day. Try checking out the website of the Tubac Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 1866, Tubac, AZ 85646, www.TubacAZ.com
